Raw eye-scan database

Every eye scan, from any device, on one grid.

OcuGrid keeps the raw export from every tomographer and OCT, and puts each eye's scans on one timeline and one grid, whichever device took them.

How it works

From a device export to a comparison in four steps.

Each step is deterministic and versioned: the same raw file and adaptor always give the same result.

  1. 01

    Send

Drag in a raw export, let the clinic gateway forward it from the device, or upload through the API.

  2. 02

    Keep

The original file is stored unchanged, forever, so it can be re-read whenever an adaptor improves.

  3. 03

    Convert

Each scan becomes one open file on a 201 × 201 grid at 0.05 mm, with units, provenance and no identifiers inside.

  4. 04

    Compare

Every scan of an eye sits on one timeline. Difference maps and progression work across brands.

A curvature map resampled onto a coarse, visible grid of cells

One grid is what makes two devices comparable.

A Pentacam and an MS-39 measure on different patterns and cover different zones. OcuGrid resamples both onto the same coordinates, so a change you see is in the eye, not in the instrument. The device's own numbers stay labelled as the device's.

For the people who order, read and study the scans.

Cornea and keratoconus surgeons

Stop comparing screenshots from two viewers. Upload any tomographer's raw export into one record per eye and see progression across brands.

Multi-device clinics

A clinic gateway takes everything the devices send, pushes the day's worklist back to them, keeps working through an outage and syncs to the archive.

Research groups

Pick a cohort and export de-identified canonical files with one measurement schema, across devices and sites, instead of harmonising spreadsheets.

Clinical data, handled properly

Built for clinical data from the first line.

No identifiers in the file
Canonical files carry a random ID. Names, UR and date of birth live in a separate store the clinic owns.
Adaptors fail closed
If identifiers can't be stripped reliably, ingest stops with a clear error. It never writes a partial file.
Audited sharing
Send a colleague a time-limited link to the scans that matter, with the raw data behind them.
Hosted locally in Australia
The clinic gateway is the fast path. The archive, hosted in Australia, is the shared copy and the remote access.
